The restoration of Bint Jbeil Governmental Hospital and equipping it with the latest medical equipment is one of the most important achievements made by Qatar in the Bint Jbeil region. It seems that the Qatari government has done more than it promised to fulfill the dream of the people of the border region regarding their need for a hospital equipped with various types of medical equipment. The hospital’s board chairman, Tawfiq Faraj, explains that “Qataris restored the hospital after the July War, established the infrastructure, and then equipped the hospital with the latest and most advanced equipment, from the emergency department to outpatient clinics and the intensive care department for children and adults, in addition to departments for internal diseases, chemotherapy, heart and surgery Gynecology and all other departments of surgery. There is also a very sophisticated special department for physical therapy, and three large operating rooms for surgery. The cost of the equipment has exceeded $ 10 million. ”
